- PMporter millerJun 21, 20255.0Rented a 45 foot telescoping boom. Showed up on time, promptly broke 5 hours into use. Tech wouldn’t be able to come out to fix it on time to get the deliverable done. Then the company proceeded to leave the boom lift at the job site for an entire week. Telling me multiple times that it would be picked up, and never coming to get it. Nice people but pathetic follow through on commitments, and faulty equipment. Alright so - I wanted to amend this. Manager called me and was incredibly kind, owned what they needed to own and seemed grateful for the feedback. Received a refund for the pickup as well as the hours not used on the machine. A fantastic ending to what could have been a bad story.
