I have proof of this but the owner decided to side with his employee on the matter. They were supposed to open up the pump to check the timing or something but the pump was never opened up by the employee. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but dishonesty is not okay. The owner told me that he will handle his employees how he sees fit and I can do as I see fit for mine because I told him that his shop guy was a liar and did not do the service he said. I don’t care about the money. I just don’t like dishonest companies. Johnathan is a great knowledgeable rep for the company. My experience with him was great. The product is great just having your hydroseeder serviced I don’t recommend at all.
