  Great company to work with! I have been buying parts from them for years and my man Keith has always came through for me on hard to find parts for my equipment! Recently purchased a new New Holland mini skid from them. It took less than a hour to get approved and the deal was done! They'll have my buisness for life! Highly recommend!

  I had previously had a great experience with these guys, so I thought I'd use them again. Rarely have I tried so hard to spend money with a company. On a rare weekend when both the weather was supposed to be nice and I had nothing planned I called mid-week to arrange for a skid steer rental on Saturday for use on a yard project. I talked with the rental manager (Austin) who said he was at lunch and would call me back. He never did. I waited the next day and still no call, so I went by there... no rental manager. They took my info and machine I was interested in (small skid steer w/ tines) and said he would call me. Friday afternoon came, still no call. I called and the rental manager said he had a customer in front of him and would call me back right afterwards. Reluctantly I agreed. No call hours later. Finally I asked for a manager who was able to help get the rental manager to call. We sealed a deal and a skid steer was delivered. One problem... no tines and it was a larger model (too large for my project). The bucket just bounced off the ground - never could dig in. I called the rental manager back and he said that's all he had (why not tell me that in the beginning?). I told him I wanted to cancel the transaction since this would not work and he agreed but wanted me to pick up the delivery fee! After I said I wasn't okay with that he agreed to a full refund. They wasted my entire weekend with no offer to make anything right.
