- RMRandall Miller5 days ago1.0Me and my girlfriend came in to get supplies , I ask if they had Straw bales and she looked at at me long pause Do you want anything long pause , Do you have bales of straw? Blank look on her face then how many do you want, I would like to know how much for a bales if you have any. We do , how many , I said three , then her attention turned from me to my girlfriend and said , have you paid for that stuff, long pause as she as her attention came back to me . We that I’m paying for what is on the counter and she is paying for what she is holding. She just stared at my girlfriend long pause then went back to me again then stop and stared at my girlfriend again. Then I stepped in and ask ( Is there a problem with my girlfriend right now , No I just wanted to make sure everyone was ok. About now two guys walked up behind us and ask her are you leaving at 4.30 she said what and again they ask are you leaving at 4.30 10 minutes ago what are you still doing here and she froze and looked at me ( I guess letting me know I was keeping her there 10 minutes over ( Never walk up Behind a CUSTOMER and speak to their back) She just stood there , I said well do I load it myself or pull around back or what. Her response was Everbody is talking to me at the same time and now I don’t know what to do . I pull around back and the guy just sits there like I can read his mind . Where the straw , you got three bales? I said yeah and he just points . He did load it though . WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT ? What has happened to Customer service ? UP YOURS ANDERSON COUNTY CO-OP!
