  Update: competitor store in town was able to help out answering the same questions I had asked, was a simple fix that didn’t need the cost of a service department to look at it. Thanks Dakota fluid power 👍🏼 Terrible attitude from the parts counter. Makes ya regret buying something there when you have to deal with that terrible customer service.

  Rudest salesperson I ever talked to on phone, hung up on me before I had my questions answered. Got 2 tanks delivered to me from Denver and saved money so it worked out for me!

  If it were possible I would give zero stars. This company has a driver who clearly is either completely ignorant or disrespectful as he persisted to drive along and interfere with a mile long funeral procession. This particular procession is for a military hero who was killed by a drunk driver. I have video and photos of this drivers disrespectful behavior and I'd love to share them. This is a person I would not want to do any business with, as ignorance and disrespect are not good traits in any situation.

  My husband went to Grimm's, needing a replacement hose with fittings for our carwash. Keith went out of his way to get the hose made quickly so we could get our business back up and running. Fantastic customer service!

  Purchased a used Alcota hot pressure washer at a reasonable price. Staff stood behind their product and reconditioned what was needed. Unit works flawlessly and gets the job done quickly. Knowledgeable staff, shelves are well stocked with a variety of products.
