- KLKathy LeeDec 30, 20255.0Last December (2024) I broke my right wrist and tore the tendon in my thumb. I had surgery in January. I live in my camper while I am working in SC. There was no way I could change a 30 pound propane tank. Winter was here and although I could work I could not change my tanks. After calling a couple gas companies who told me they could not set me up until the end of January I called Porter. I wish I would have called them first. But who knew? I didn’t. They were so nice and even though they were not setting new tanks for a few weeks they worked me in. Last week, December (2025) I sent an email with a picture of my gauge around 30%. They had told me to let them know around 20% but I was going home for Christmas and temps weee dropping. I got back and checked my gauge and was very surprised to see it full. I love these folks and will not be going back to using 3 30 pound tanks as long as Porter is in business. Awesome!!!!!

And they are outstanding to deal with. Since switching over, they have installed a new Generac & plumbed a new fire pit along with furnishing & installing the entire fire pit assembly. Both projects went very smoothly & they were here when she told me they would be here. After retiring from Industrial & Commercial for 43+ years, I can tell anyone that they are extremely professional in everything they do. I highly recommend them.
