The service has been excellent. They are very friendly, have done annual maintenance, responded to two service calls (one when heat was out following a hard freeze), have always shown up when they say they will, have had very reasonable prices for service, and have consistently delivered heating oil.

East greenwich Oil has been a wonderful company to deal with. You can call and speak with Steve anytime and he will get back to you with an answer. A few years ago, somehow, our oil supply was nearly nil. Steve explained that it was a computer generated issue on delivery. It was a cold, winter night and Steve came back late in the night to fill the tank. I’ll say that this is great service from a family owned shop! We recommend this shop to anyone!
