  We have been clients for several years and we do not have a negative thing to say. We were tired of the other oil companies being taken over by the “big box”. East greenwich Oil has been a wonderful company to deal with. You can call and speak with Steve anytime and he will get back to you with an answer. A few years ago, somehow, our oil supply was nearly nil. Steve explained that it was a computer generated issue on delivery. It was a cold, winter night and Steve came back late in the night to fill the tank. I’ll say that this is great service from a family owned shop! We recommend this shop to anyone!

  If I could give them less than 1 start I would. I spoke with Steve on 9/17/2019 about pricing and what services they offered. When I asked about their full-service plans and how many technicians they had he abruptly changed tone and repeatedly accused me of working for a competing Oil Company then hung up on me. This was a first. Worst Customer Service Ever.

  Knowledgable and accessible! Best service package with automatic delivery and routine maintenance, hassle free! Convenient and dependable. Have called with questions specific to my system which were answered promptly and honestly with my best interest in mind. Would never go anywhere else!

  Wishing that negative star rating was available ... they obviously have no interest in servicing the energy conscious modest home owner. I signed an exclusive service contract with them for automatic delivery of home heating oil for 2 homes on 1 October 2017. When I called to inquire about the schedule for delivery on 1 November I was informed that my 'application' for service was denied because my estimated annual oil consumption of 400-500 gallons did not meet their 700-800 gallon minimum use requirement. Since I had not been notified of non-acceptance, I assumed that I would receive delivery based on the oil remaining at the time of inspection ... my bad. So they required an immediate exclusive commitment from me over a month ago, but are under no obligation to notify me in a timely manner that they are not interested in my business? At no time was there any mention of a minimum requirement. As a matter of fact, it was the field representative that estimated our annual consumption. This company obviously is not interested in servicing the energy conscious modest home owner and their lack of communcation in this matter is unacceptable and costly.
