- JVJennifer VieczorekNov 25, 20221.0Bluhms delivered propane to my daughter, when she didn’t notice it taken out of her account she called them and they assured her it was paid. Nine months later (of course at the start of cold season) she gets a letter stating they ran her card but their card merchant never transferred the money, and she owes $449. She has a propane bill stating paid, but they insisted that she pay. There are businesses in our family, and if we didn’t collect the money for services in a timely manner, it’s our mistake to eat. THEN, they couldn’t even believe I was upset. Terrible company, terrible employees Update: Again, your merchants problem, legally there is a time limit to collect monies for service. If the card merchant we use for our businesses made such a mistake, I would take it up with them, not a customer of mine. This is 9 months later!!!! We did everything we could to pay our bill, except place cash in your hand to make our payment. Poor business ethics! AND I would call but your receptionist hung up on me.
- RMRachel MartinJan 7, 20221.0We had scheduled an appointment for tank installation, gave clear instructions that we requested afternoon service and that Apple Maps takes you to our neighbors house and gave instructions to our house. Confirmed everything a few days before appointment(the girl that took our order was very kind). On day of, they apparently tried to find our property at 9am(mind you we requested a afternoon appointment and they didn’t call in advance to tell us they’d be early) and failed to find our house. Blamed us for giving them the wrong directions and said that they aren’t coming back. We DONT NOT recommend for their inability to follow directions and terrible customer service.
