Just called for some help and before I could even speak to someone in sales the receptionist told me they wouldn't be interested in my business because I was not in the area. When I explained to the "salesperson", who answered the phone like it was a bother, he said the receptionist was correct and didn't even try to accommodating me. service at its worst. There is plenty of steel in PA I'd advise you go find it somewhere other than here.

I introduced myself, and stated the location of my business. Immediately after I was interrupted and was told that Bloomburg Metal will not deliver their material more than 100 miles from their plant. I tried to ask if I could send a truck, hire a hotshot etc. They immediately transferred me to someone else who rudely told me that they no longer stocked what I am looking for. The thing that I found interesting is that I was never given time to convey exactly what material I was interested in. I'm not sure why they incur the marketing expense of a website when they shun any new customers derived from its existence.
