- SFSL FDec 22, 20251.0I'd give 0 stars if I could. The woman who works mornings, Robin, should learn to have a better attitude and not talk about every single customer that walks in there. Maybe she needs a job that doesn't deal with customer service because she lacks ALL skills to deal with people on a daily basis. I've gone in multiple times and everytime she makes smart comments from what someone is wearing to what they're buying like it's any concern to her what others do. Her bad attitude being up front and center of your business is not a good look. I know I'm not the only one who has had an issue with her nasty behavior. She should not be in management. It may be time to reevaluate your employee and maybe start the new year fresh with someone younger who has a friendlier demeanor to be working in your company. I think it's time for retirement at her age.
