My experience with Liberty has been a rollercoaster nightmare. They installed the tank in the spring and then charged me $75 when I asked them to check the tank a week later because we smelled gas. In the middle of winter, I got a call from Michelle telling me that my rep had left and that they didn’t know why they were serving me so far away, so they’d need to cancel my service. When I expressed shock and asked questions, she put me on speakerphone, and I could hear the other workers laughing and mocking while I debated the removal of a heating source in the middle of the cold winter. I also dealt with poor accounting, where I had to point out discrepancies in their billing. In the end, they charged my card for the final amount without my authorization and were unapologetic about it. Amazing that a company that provides a heating source can be so cold-hearted. I will never work with Liberty again, and I encourage all potential customers to look elsewhere. They have zero appreciation for customers.
to bad there is no option to give no star, where other companies guaranty you delivery within 4 days or less, Liberty gives you a delivery of more than 2 weeks in the middle of winter. Total mismanagement or ripoff to make customer pay for emergency delivery !!!
An additional update ... rudest customer service call I ever had after canceling my order ... they took payment the day I ordered but wont deliver for 2 weeks ... I WAS a longstanding good customer.

Absolutely horrible people ordered oil online on a Monday and paid for it at $2.99 a gallon no delivery or call Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday. Of course the price per gallon is at $3.45 a gallon as of Friday morning so when I called Friday I’m being told we had over a 100 calls yesterday and we are backed up. Well I dont care about yesterday my order was paid for on Monday and they refused to deliver it. With subzero temperatures and 18 inches of snow being called for they don’t need my money at $2.99 a gallon. Horrible customer service and cocky receptionist take your business elsewhere. Go to OHL oil they are more professional and 1 phone call to them the receptionist was understanding of my situation and had my Oil dropped off in an hour. Now I am having a hard time getting my refund from these greedy people.

Was with them since 2018, had no issues until now. I called to get a refill on my propane on Friday, they called me Saturday to tell me that the new owners and the powers that be, decided I’m too far away for them to be a customer… they’re in lehighton, I’m in new ringgold, which is a rigerous 15 minute drive. They basically told me to pound sand with my tanks at 40%.
my stars are based on one of the delivery drivers who has major anger issues and should probley seek some thearpy. driving truck 1993 today. Mr angry man thought he was some tuff guy trying to jump out of his truck at a woman about me "not stopping" at a stop sign that wouldnt even have affected him anyway considering he wasnt even in the parking lot i was exiting out of off 248. Let me tell you sir you aren't no threat to me but words of advice... that's an easy way to get shot one day. Owner or manager who answered the phone for me was nice though.
