Like most people I panicked and started calling everyone i could. Not a single oil company answered or bothered to call me back. That is until I got to Action Oil. It was a Saturday and the office personnel not only took my call but provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. She and the delivery driver Nick went out of their way to help is get our heat back on quickly. I will be an Action Oil customer exclusively from now on. I also recommend to everyone that you cancel service with whoever else you get your heating oil from and use them as well. You won't regret it. Pricing is fair and I can't say enough about the professionalism they showed. Thank you Action Oil.
