  Just got my oil delivered by Noah and it was a fantastic and professional experience. He called and checked in with me the day before and the day of the delivery to make sure I was prepared. The larger companies I have been buying from have probably lost me as a customer now that I’ve seen and experienced what Action Oil Company is all about.

  Action Oil is a life saver! Due to unforeseen circumstances we ran out of fuel right before this week long cold spell. All the other companies said it would be several days to a week till they could get to us. Action Oil listened to what had happened and they were at my house at sunrise the next morning delivering oil. Thanks to them my son and I are safe and warm inside our house while it’s in the single digits outside. They have life long customers in us.

  I would like to make a special shoutout to Action Oil in Dunbar for being a god send today!! I ran out of heating oil in the midst of the coldest temps of the year! I called and they were immediately willing to help!! I know other companies have very very long wait times right now with it being so cold out which is totally understanding and so does Action Oil. They have also been very busy with incoming customer orders, dispatching, and delivery drivers working long and extra hours and putting themselves last and putting their customers first!! I was told they would try to have someone out either tonight or tomorrow. I was estatic to hear that! I pulled into my driveway to oil being delivered not even three hours after I called and placed the order! They have definitely saved me today! I did not think I was going to run out due to the amount I used last year and tried to calculate accordingly. Unfortunately, my calculations were not correct in this matter and I’ve used this as a learning lesson! Savanna was so nice and very straight forward with me when I called in and our delivery driver was so so nice and accommodating!! I have always had FAST delivery, great prices, and great customer service! I will be forever thankful for them for this amazing experience tonight. If anyone uses heating oil and wants an awesome company that is locally owned and operated with amazing customer service, call Action Oil! They will not disappoint! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
