  The crew worked very hard throughout the morning and early afternoon. Their care and concern for my wood floors throughout was quite evident - they laid down runners and were especially careful as they moved from room to room. Definitely recommend Baxter!!

  Baxter Group employees came and assessed the damaged area, and gave us very favorable quote to do the work. Work was done with a minimum of disruption to our schedule. They cleaned up after their work very well. And we received a follow up report in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the whole project. Would highly recommend Baxter Group for this type of issue - mold remediation.

  Pat was super helpful in evaluating some ceiling tile for asbestos. He confirmed that it was asbestos free. Other contractors were going to charge us much more for the evaluation. Thanks Baxter group!

  Beware!! You have to check their work!! The crew claimed everything was complete but they missed multiple areas of mold in our basement, and they didn't do all the work contracted at first. They claimed the missed areas exceeded the scope of work- it didn't, and I was never notified about additional areas of issue to have the option to add it in. When the issues were brought up, they attempted to refuse correcting their work, then after talking with the owner we had reached a hopeful resolution. We were never able to reach a real resolution and have them complete this missed work which is also extremely frustrating. Regardless of the outcome from my situation- their work needs to be thoroughly checked. I worry how many homes people thought things were done right and still have mold spreading.
