  Our propane tank has been leaking for over a week, have lost 30% of our fuel... Keep saying they "fixed" it and now threatening to charge us $75 if we call again! These people are HORRIBLE to deal with and are extremely rude on the phone. Also, keep telling me they will have the supervisor call and have yet to hear from him, so clearly isnt a good person to deal with!!

  After having a tank 15 to 17 years not once was it serviced then this November we turned it on for the year then we smelled propayne so turned it off called them they came out turns out it had a bad o ring. So they replaced it. So then today we recieved a letter in the mail staying any service calls will be charged a $75 fee when clearly it says in the contract they sent me states they are responsible for keeping and maintaining the tank regulator and cement blocks in good working order as stated in the picture line 2. When I brought that to thier attention I was told the manager will give me a call and that it was his decesion to add these fees. At first they didn't even want to come to the house to check it out till I pushed the issue. Will probably be discharged as a customer for posting this.

  Update: So they charged me $96 (6 blocks) for cement blocks!! I called them and told them for one there are only two under my take, and for two, there are new blocks sitting beside their tank they took. So they came out and pulled the blocks from under our new filled tank from the new company! Now that tank is just sitting on the ground! I usually don't leave reviews unless they are good ones but I've been a customer for almost 20 years and it has not been good from day one. Now the minimum order is 250 gallons. If you are "empty" they charge another $75. Their policies keep changing and they just lost me as a customer.

  I took my workshop tanks to top off. None were empty. I was charged per tank, NOT how much propane I got. I feel extremely ripped off and will never go back. As far as I'm concerned they owe me $30. If I ever needed a large tank I would buy it outright so I owned it. Thank God they are not the only source in my area.
