  After having a tank 15 to 17 years not once was it serviced then this November we turned it on for the year then we smelled propayne so turned it off called them they came out turns out it had a bad o ring. So they replaced it. So then today we recieved a letter in the mail staying any service calls will be charged a $75 fee when clearly it says in the contract they sent me states they are responsible for keeping and maintaining the tank regulator and cement blocks in good working order as stated in the picture line 2. When I brought that to thier attention I was told the manager will give me a call and that it was his decesion to add these fees. At first they didn't even want to come to the house to check it out till I pushed the issue. Will probably be discharged as a customer for posting this.

  I took my workshop tanks to top off. None were empty. I was charged per tank, NOT how much propane I got. I feel extremely ripped off and will never go back. As far as I'm concerned they owe me $30. If I ever needed a large tank I would buy it outright so I owned it. Thank God they are not the only source in my area.

  We only use our gas for cooking so we didn’t feel the need to fill a 500 gallon tank at their request since we had some gas still left. We let them know that we were only cooking with it and what was in there was fine for now. They showed up and took the tank while we were at work without any prior notification. When my husband spoke with them previously, the woman said as very condescending and extremely rude to him because he didn’t want to fill a large tank.

  I don't normally do this, but I think at this point it is time. I have been dealing with this company for many years now. I don't have to call a lot, but when I do I completely dread it!! I cross my fingers that I don't get the normal lady that answers the phone. She is SO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING, and has been since my initial setup!! I can't believe I even went with them. I think I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt in case she had a bad day. Nope just her nature! Why do you need to be like that? There is absolutely no call for it! I am thrilled when I get someone different, to say the least! The delivery and product is great though. So if you can get past her then you should hopefully be good.

  Prices are low enough, delivery people are always nice. Lady that answers the phone is always rude, ALWAYS. You never know when your delivery will be, they won't deliver until they have enough requests in your area to make their trip worth it. Indeed you will freeze until they think the trip is worth it for them. Sometimes weeks.
