No longer will I give my business to people who think they have the market cornered just because they have repeat business from people who either don't understand there are better companies out there or just don't want to take the time to find out if there are better companies out there. When it's the dead of winter and you have been a customer for the past 5 years, you don't expect to be laughed at when you ask for a delivery. I'm tired of the companies who want to take your money and treat you like a number. If you are annoyed by your job retire ! I have higher expectations. Sorry Woodlawn you just lost a customer.
