  If you have a gas heater in need of repairs this is the company to call. I have a gas heater that was leaking and they came in and replaced it and got everything taken care of so quickly and there customer service is top tier. Thank you for the great experience for any future issue I will forsure be calling on them again.

  Had them come out and work on an insert and a furnace. They states that the furnace was rusted and that the needed to replaced. But they also cut all the wires to the thermostat and they dropped down into the wall so of course the furnace isn’t going to fire up. Then the looked at the gas insert. They cleaned it and replaced a part. Needless to say it still wasn’t working after they left. They came out to fix this on an emergency visit and charged over 500 dollars for nothing. We had a licensed electrician/HVAC person come out last week and work on both again as it has been over a month since they last were here. They didn’t actually replace the part and they broke the gas valve in the insert. With the inspection of the new wiring job I did due to the wires he cut and a little bit of inspection and adjustments from the hired electrician the furnace was back up and running. Total cost of 350 for parts and labor.

  Been looking for a specific furnace gasket for awhile…. Met with the very personable Haley (great customer service skills) and she connected me with Kelly (awesome technician) who got me the correct gasket material and actually cut and fitted the gasket to my burner for me! If you have furnace-stove needs, call Bob Halls! They rock!!
