  YOU WILL NEVER OWN A TANK FROM THEM. MY FAMILY HAS RENTED FROM THEM FOR DECADES!!!! THEY REFUSED TO REFILL LINES NOW AFTER HAVING DONE SO FOR LITERAL DECADES. THEY ARENT EVEN POLITE WITH CUSTOMERS. NOW WE WILL BE GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE YOUR OWN TANKS!

  Ok I've been using this company all winter because it was affordable because my wife snd I live in a motor home and no its not fancy by no means were poor as they come. We'll I called this morning to get some propane and was told since we dont get as much propane as residential we will be charged 2 dollars more I feel like this is robbery it doesn't cost 40 dollars to drive 8 miles.. went from 1.95 to 3.99.... UPDATE!! driver delivered me propane today i could only fill have my tank do to the cost. Turned out the driver was thr manager so I discussed a alternative way yo get my propane at the same cost as residential.. I asked if I drove t o them would he give me a better rate.. he told me that he could discount me back to residential price if I drive out the their place.. thats good by me so thanks for working with me menz propane

  This business has completely gone down hill since the new owners took over. They are suppose to alert us when our tank is below 20% and they have failed to do that on several occasions. Maria one of the front desk ladies is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I am so grateful we are moving so we don’t have to deal with this company anymore.

  The Menz family was awesome! The new company that bought out the business is terrible. High prices and low customer service. I swapped to Daughty brothers in calumet. Keep it local and great
