- KNK “Kneel5” NeelFeb 12, 20223.0Have used Menz for years, now a different company is on the answering machine. They aren’t open on weekends but do list an emergency phone but not sure why it’s an emergency line, they don’t call you back immediately. If you run out of propane on the weekend, just pray it’s not in the winter. Edited: Was contacted later in day and very apologetic. He offered to put monitor to prevent from happening again. The reason so many people switch to natural gas from propane is because propane companies need to put a gauge on their tanks. From what I have read, propane is the better option but companies can’t seem to understand why people don’t like running out of propane.
