Ford sent out someone out to look at the issue, and agreed that it was covered by the warranty. Jake and Zander were out yesterday and did a great job of re-doing the areas that were affected. Jake represents Copperhead very well. I’m very pleased with his, and Zander’s professionalism. Thank you!
