- RMRod & Patty MillsOct 8, 20251.0This business may be good as long as you get at least two cubic yards of rich mix. I wanted to pick up one yard with my two wheel trailer but I’d have to pay for two yards. They gave me an explanation that their loader is sized for two yards only. Poor customer service and I’m going someplace else.

After calling and waiting, we were told they were out to lunch. When another employee finally called back, her tone was rude and dismissive, we were asked to come back in an hour and then we were told to go to another location instead. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unorganized. Terrible customer service.
