  Great place for our emergency needs on Industrial parts. Generally has anything I need and has a mill in the back to Mill to spec on some stuff.

  It's a nice modern shop in very nice location downtown. But the outside didn't match the employees. The lady at the front desk seemed like she had somewhere more important to be. I didn't catch her name but she had very long whitish grey hair. She seemed inconvenienced at the fact that we didn't know the exact brand specs. We just said we need a 5" belt pulley for an air compressor. She looked at us like we were dumb and pointed to all the ones she had. We said we needed one that could fit two belts and she was replied, "We don't have it", and went on with her phone conversation. I understand if a place doesn't have something in stock or just right out doesn't sell something. But it was the way she was acting. She didn't greet us when we walked in. She was on the phone with her pharmacist. I know this because I could here her whole conversation. We would ask a question and she would interrupt us to speak to her pharmacist. It was the most unprofessional encounter of a sales rep or customer service representative that I've had. She could have explained that they don't carry those in stock but could order it for us or that they just never carry those kind of items. We didn't have a conversation with her because she was in another world.

  I walked in and was greeted with 2 friendly smile and asked me what I needed. Less than 5 minutes I was out the door with my goods in my hand. You can not ask for better service than that.
