  I really don't understand all these great reviews. I was actually really excited to come here after the last customer I had to deal with after reading these reviews. I get here... this is my first time...I have no idea where to go. I follow the signs to the main office. Go to the door, and it reads, "if the door is locked, ring the door bell." I did that. A couple minutes go by, and nothing happens. I get the number for shipping from the sign on the door and call it. This is how the conversation went: Someone answers: Ray here. (Not sure that's his name, but that's what it sounded like.) Me: Yes, I'm here to pick up a load for GP Transco. Ray: Yeah ok?! Me: I've never been here before and not sure what to do. Ray: Well, you come to the shipping office and give your shipping number. Me: ok, but I'm not sure where that is. I'm came to the Main office, and it had this number on the sign to call you. Is there another office I need to go to?! Ray: Yeah. The shipping office in the big blue building behind the trailers. **both buildings are blue, but realizing the one in front of me is receiving, I figure the one to my right is shipping. Me: So the building to my right then? Ray: I don't know. I have no idea where you are! (I literally already told him where I was.) Me: I'm at the main office. Ray: Well if you're at the main office then you come around back to the stairs and down to the office. Me: ok thank you. **still not entirely clear where this is, but I'm done dealing with this man. I really do not appreciate being spoken to as if I'm stupid. I find the shipping office. I was so tempted to ask this jerk if he talks to everyone like they're stupid or just women. I bit my tongue. I get to the window. He is there. Ray: Did you find it?! **bruh, it took EVERYTHING I had not to say, "No, actually I'm still out in the lot wandering around." Instead I didn't respond. I just waited for him to tell me what to do next. The rest of the conversation went ok, but I'd I can I will NEVER pull for this company EVER again. They can get Ray to do it!

  Shipping is easy money. In and out no problem. Recieving can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are really busy so you have to wait. Friendly people

  Not a truck friendly place.. If you're running on DOT hours, make sure you have at least 3-4 hours to spare for waiting in line to be unloaded.
