First i am on disabily so the state helped me but i couldnt get no heat, after make so many calls they state found out that Kellys uses the first 4 acc. Numbers for a lot of people so it caused trouble getting it to go through. Now i got my letter but kellys still wont give me no heat untill they receive the check. And i cant even cook because my stove is gas. And on top of it all iy depends who you are because they gave my neighbor Linda Huntington her gas on credit 2 months ok and she is on the same program as me.
