- CSChuck SheafferJan 11, 20181.0This picture was taken of one of your drivers Monday 1/8/2018 at 9:19am in Philipsburg Pennsylvania. This was after he had tailgated me for about 15 miles while all traffic was moving slowly due to ice and snow on the roads. While behind me he continued to drive his truck within feet of my car while flashing his headlights. He attempted to pass a row of about 6 cars numerous times almost hitting oncoming traffic head on. When we arrived to this point in town he started blowing his horn at cars because they were in his way. If you are at all interested in the safety of your drivers and the people around them please see the attached pictures and maybe he can be identified by his truck or trailer number.
