On Nov 7, 2025 at 3:00 pm a truck carrying smashed cars (I believe), was headed to your facility. He was traveling south at the intersection near your facility and turned right on to 1st street. I guess he assumed he owned the road and made a very wide turn in to oncoming traffic. (I get it...he had to). What he did not have to do was blow his horn, roll down his window, and yell and scream at the poor woman who unknowingly pulled up to her light not knowing this angry truck driver was going to pull in to her lane. She did stop to let the truck make the turn but I guess that wasn't good enough for him. How about waiting Mr. Truck Driver until things are completely clear before you decide to turn in to oncoming traffic. Take some driving lessons and may be an anger management class too. It's so scary especially with all the truck/car accidents. Not sure if this is someone from your facility. If it's not it's probably work finding out who that was and passing this information on. Very unsafe! Do better!

Went to multiple places to get accurate weight and price on the copper i was recycling. I told them before weighing that I didn't want them to dump my items until I agreed to the price they was offering. While in the middle of weighing different items, one of the employees goes to dump my items in their pile, I tell him to stop! and he dumps it anyway. I explained to them I got better offers elsewhere and I didn't want him dumping my items they start speaking Spanish and laughing as if it was a joke. This place is ripping people off and acting clueless, when they know exactly what they were doing. Im infuriated to say the least. I wish I would have never done business with these scam artists.

I’m a frequent customer and never before been dissatisfied with my experience until July 4, 2025. Yes I know it is a holiday and that is why I checked the website as well as called prior to bringing my trailer full of metal to the location. I drove from Clayton to be met by a very sweet security guard who informed me they were closed for the Holiday. I specifically asked if they were open on Saturday, I actually said tomorrow so there was no confusion, and was told they were. That brings me to today, Saturday the 5th. I drive from Clayton again and this time there is no sweet security guard at the locked gate. I saw 2 other vehicles loaded with metal with no place to take it. This extremely poor management!
