  We are completely satisfied with every aspect of Pioneer Propane. From John Vogel in sales, the installation of our new tanks, the delivery driver and the office staff. They are very polite, professional and helpful. They have done everything John promised that they could do. Would highly recommend.

  I'm a single disabled mother. It's November of 2025. I just paid off my balance the end of October 2025. My account for several years has been over 30 days past due. However I have always managed to pay it off then would get behind and process would start again. I was just informed they are not going to fill my propane until I pay up front now. Which I'm below 30%. I'm at 15% right now. I heat with propane. I have kids in the house and it's going to be snowing. Company don't care in there eyes where a business and need to run it their exact words. I get if it was summer but really in November. Disgusting company.

  Great Company to be with! I’ve been with them for over two years. John Vogel is the best to work with and simply ask for him. He came out to our home on a Sunday and met with the both of us. Explained everything in great detail and made the switch over. Great prices and service. Totally recommend. They don’t tack on additional delivery fees.
