As we started out 20 years ago only designing and building walk in wine cellars for clients we used the most out of your ducted and split systems. Since then we have found a very lucrative niche in the conditioned wine cabinets so working with Mike Militi on information and helping to configure the CAB units has been a great addition to our cooling system options for clients and their custom conditioned wine cabinets. The CAB units are by far superior over the other manufacturer cabinet series cooling systems. We look forward to working with you even more in the near future for all of our cellar cooling system needs and cant wait to see what the next cabinet series cooling system that will be even smaller and more powerful. 😊 The customer support team is superb and extremely knowledgeable too. - VYvincent YoungOct 17, 20235.0I had a problem working on a wine guardian unit for my first time Call Tech Support and a gentleman name Russell help me I was reluctant on what he told me what was wrong But if the following his instructions And he even shot me information and wiring diagrams on the unit I repaired If I would’ve listen to him the first time, I probably wouldn’t have spent an additional two hours working on it He really knows his product line And I would recommend any service technician to contact the technical support line felt great people to do business with
