I called out of the blue requesting information on a shower wand for one of their products that I had for 12 years. I had tried locally to replace with no luck. She was so patient and gracious helping me give them the information they needed to replace the part at a very reasonable price. Customer service has deteriorated lately but when you find a company that exhibits this kind of customer service you know they understand and will continue to flourish.
