But I contacted VIGO customer support, talked to Patricia, and since it was under a 5 year warranty, I was sent a new one within days for free. Assuming it was just a defective one, I'm giving a 4* rating. But obviously, if this one doesn't last at least 5 years, that rating would drop to a 1 or 2.
