- CCCydJan 3, 20262.0I will use this platform to vent about your customer service. First, I will never recommend a Vigo product to Canadians. The frustration of not being able to buy replacement parts in Canada or through Amazon is significant. A $10.00 replacement hose cost me an extra $40 USD to have shipped to Canada. It has been almost two weeks, and I still haven't received the part. Do better, Vigo! Use Amazon like every other reputable business. The two customer service representatives were supportive and compassionate, but they were limited by company policy. Also, you should stand behind your product. My faucet hose developed a leak after five years—you should back your product like a Moen. I’m out $60+ just to replace a $10 hose. Again, do better!

We recently had an aerator screen pop out and we contacted Vigo and they sent a new replacement piece out immediately with fast delivery. We are very pleased with the experience and highly recommend their products.

- TBThomas BerryNov 3, 20254.0I bought a VIGO popup stopper for the vanity sink. It only lasted 15 months before it quit working...used it twice a day BTW. But I contacted VIGO customer support, talked to Patricia, and since it was under a 5 year warranty, I was sent a new one within days for free. Assuming it was just a defective one, I'm giving a 4* rating. But obviously, if this one doesn't last at least 5 years, that rating would drop to a 1 or 2.
