  I had such a positive interaction with the Vigo representative - Daphne Gill. I called out of the blue requesting information on a shower wand for one of their products that I had for 12 years. I had tried locally to replace with no luck. She was so patient and gracious helping me give them the information they needed to replace the part at a very reasonable price. Customer service has deteriorated lately but when you find a company that exhibits this kind of customer service you know they understand and will continue to flourish.

  If you want a kitchen tap with basically no water pressure on warm/hot buy from Vigo! We purchased our tap from a local store and we were assured that the warranty would be provided through Vigo industries. Not only that but they advertised all over the box their “lifetime warranty” and “comprehensive warranty.” After emailing for almost a month and getting no answers to my questions, I finally gave up and called customer service. I was hung up on twice and after almost an hour they told me their warranty doesn’t apply to my product. I was told I would get a call from a supervisor within 48 hours and I never received one. I have sent emails to multiple people including the vice president and no one will email me back. They originally told me to purchase a cartridge for $55. Reluctantly I did and the issue is actually worse now. For a tap less than 6 months old (that the water pressure has barely ever worked) I am NOT HAPPY. I should have stuck to Moen or another company that stands behind their products and that values good customer service. Learn from my mistakes and don’t waste your money.

  I had an issue with one of the parts in the kit for the bathtub shower doors. I contacted Patricia in technical support and she took care of sending me the part right away. This is excellent support. I definitely recommend their support team.

  My Vigo Edison faucet had a broken sprayer and Vigo Customer Support was outstanding. I couldn't find my original receipt and Jess in customer service helped me find it from Lowe's in my emails. She was kind, very responsive and patient. I have bought the same Vigo faucet three times now, for different homes because I love it so much. Coupled with excellent customer service, I am fan for life.
