  I called as I have called a couple times before and teresa answered the phone, I asked when are they delivering oil In Lagrangeville and she said in a rude and disrespectful voice, who did you order from and they should’ve sent you a email 📧 I then mentioned that I have ordered from Smart Touch Energy many times in the past 10 years or more. Teresa is very rude and disrespectful and she shouldn’t answer the phone cause her Customer Service etiquette is very nasty and cold. I didn’t call her to argue with anybody. I am caring for my elderly mother and elderly brother that just had a stroke. I just called to see when we were going to get a delivery? Everybody else is nice and professional & respectful at Buy rite oil. Happy New Year 🎆

  I usually have never had an issue with getting my delivery within a day or so. I called Thurs and told earliest del in Monday. I asked about Sat/ Sun and told don't work on weekends which i knew was incorrect as i always see the trucks out on weekends. Well..Sat morning I hear something outside and see the BuyRite truck stppedsinfront of my house and backing up in my driveway. I'm thinking yeah my delivery is here.WRONG..they just used driveway to turn around in. NOW..IF THEY WERE MAKING DELIVERY IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD WHY NOT MAKE DELIVERY TO MY HOUSE. I know the lady who took my order was probably new in office..as she was also to fax me a statement of account but didn't.. BUYRITE.. don't tell customers you don't work on weekends when your truck's are out on weekends. Plan your delivery schedules more efficiently. Don't tell customers that automatic delivery customer get priority treatment..this isn't always true. Must say this has been a very bad experience for me this time and I surely hope it doesn't happen again !! They also charged my card already..4 days before delivery was even made..NOT GOOD

  Horrible people, they told me a price over the phone and on delivery hiked the price up and charged me before hand. Also, they told me I had to be home for the driver to check the oil tank, or they would not deliver the oil. When I asked the driver, he didn't even know what I was talking about. I lost a days work for nothing. I called the company to tell them what happened and Heather, who was the customer service rep. was rude, accusatory, demeaning and didn't let me finish a word - she spoke over me the entire time and continually said, "I can't do anything about it." Never trying to work with me. SHe did not care that I was an unsatisfied customer and BUY RITE would lose my business and other potential customer. She appeared to just care about that statement she kept repeating, "I can't do anything about it." VERY POOR customer service and NOT a way to stay in business. WE (customers) are YOUR business!!! LEARN IT, Heather! And BTW - she didn't even address the issue of the tank being checked or why the driver did not know, nor did she apologize for that info. on their part.
