- JCJason CarnesApr 10, 20221.0I have been a customer of NOCO for over 20 years, now I am being charged for not using enough propane. Their billing is lackadaisical. NO ONE SEEMS TO BE IN CHARGE. Also, I asked them to level my tank before they filled it, and, they filled it without without leveling it. IT LOOKS LIKE IS MIGHT ROLL ONTO ITS SIDE. I had a personal 100 gallon tank they were suppose to fill for me, I never got it back, they put it on their truck and I never saw it again, and I noticed an odor of alcohol conjener on the breath of the driver. I am buying my own tanks no longer being a customer for a energy company who wants to bill you for LP for not using enough. Go local, I'd rather pay someone honest who works for a living, and do not bill me for LP I do not use. NOCO IS GOING TO GET THEIR TANK OFF MY PROPERTY NEXT WEEK AND REFUND, AND THEY CAN CHARGE ME THE EXTRA $100 FOR NOT USING ENOUGH LP. NOCO energy compy had no leadership. On the weekends they have an
