- KGKay Gass6 days ago5.0I was without propane for my hot water heater all weekend. After the delivery I needed a tech to make sure my tank wasn’t leaking. The receptionist wasn’t sure a tech could come today, but when she gave my info to Sam Sanchez he noticed that he was only a few streets away from my house and he came by and check the tank out and lit my water heater! Thank goodness because I have a ton of dirty dishes for the dishwasher and a pile of clothes for the washer. I really appreciate that he came earlier today! He was very courteous!! Thanks Sam!
- BBBrettFeb 22, 20264.0Arrowhead propane is generally easy to work with. They do have a budgeting program which starts in May of each year. So you get charged smaller amounts throughout each month, based on your usage. I ran out of propane a couple of times. once was my fault. Another was the company's fault, because their projection was off on when my next delivery should be. Both times Sam Sanchez, their service tech, came to the rescue. He's always very pleasant, polite and personable and has the knowledge on how to get the system started again.
