Sam helped us setup our new home for propane and the last time we thought we had a leak, he was very friendly and helpful. We did receive a $159.75 bill from the office for something that we weren't supposed to, and as soon as that is resolved I would love to change this review to 5 stars.

The receptionist wasn’t sure a tech could come today, but when she gave my info to Sam Sanchez he noticed that he was only a few streets away from my house and he came by and check the tank out and lit my water heater! Thank goodness because I have a ton of dirty dishes for the dishwasher and a pile of clothes for the washer. I really appreciate that he came earlier today! He was very courteous!! Thanks Sam!
