Farm Tours 10 to 4 daily. We grow, harvest, flavor pistachios and make candies, cookies and fudge on site. We also operate a vineyard and winery and make our very own wines on-site, including pistachio wine. Tours of the farm are motorized and run every day of the week 7 times a day. Ice cream parlor on site with cones, sundaes, floats, serving our own home-made pistachio ice cream and other Blue Bell flavors. Farm-made fudge, cookies, and waffle cones available too. Ice Cream Parlor is open 10 to 5 every day.
