- LDLori DenhamFeb 9, 20261.0Called the office tried to explain that I am in a wheelchair and could be unable to dig out the snow area. The woman would let me speak then after that I proceeded to tell her that we did not get 100 gallons. I had 100 gallons in my tank from the time before we got oil then she says we got another hundred well that’s that that’s the case I would have a full tank. The woman was very ignorant. I’ve been a customer for a very long time very upsetting that KAREN has retired and they had this kind of person answering their phones.

Even when they are busy they have done their best to accommodate me in a timely fashion. They have started my burner on several occasions but thankfully I learned as I got older not to run out! I can’t say enough good stuff about this company.

When explaining we know everyone needs heat but we have a small baby the woman on the phone simple said, "we'll let you know if anything changes" Not the first time this company hasnt stuck to the schedule they gave. Happily took our business elsewhere.
