  Ok by all the negative reviews I see won't be bringing my scrap there . Beacon scammed me last time .guess I will keep looking.

  One of the more dishonest scrapyards I’ve been to recently. Definitely make sure the pallet box they offer you it empty before putting your stuff in. They offered me the cardboard box on a pallet and I didn’t a have chance to check that it was empty because the employee was all too happy to start throwing my scrap in it. I saw the scale came in around 793bs thinking they’d tare 200lbs off. I didn’t realize until I was half way home they tared 500lbs off. A pallet at most weighs 60lbs and a large cardboard box with some plastic maybe another 60lbs. I called back to ask about it and the guy on the phone was like maybe the box wasn’t empty and that my scrap weight was correct end of discussion. I weighed my scrap at home and it came in around 450lbs. Just be careful when you bring in scrap. If I go back to then I’ll be super careful and not have a time restraint so I can properly argue for the right price or just take my scrap back somewhere else.
