I am not a technical guy, but Eric was able to understand exactly what my needs were, identify a solution and produce a first quality, exceptional, perfect product the FIRST TIME. Initially, I thought his pricing on the high side, but after the experience, I quickly realized that I was completely wrong. Not having to do rework and retooling and the delay associated with all of that, absolutely saved money and time on this project. I trust Eric.
- CCChrisJan 28, 20211.0Terrible customer service. Told them I what gaskets I needed, he then asked me how much. I told him 14 ft to start with. He rudely said “too small of an order can’t do it”. And got off the phone in a hurry. I didn’t even bother to tell him 14 ft was to test it And I needed about 2,000 ft afterwards because it’s for a couple of large manufacturing plants. If you don’t want to hear can’t and won’t shop elsewhere there’s plenty of custom makers in the market.

They were very timely in responding, and very flexible to work with. They supplied us sample pieces very quickly, and we were pleased with their production run as well. Overall, a very positive first-time experience. I intend to use them in the future as other needs arise.
