    OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE all the way around. From introduction to completed product, Eric and his team totally exceeded my expectations. I am not a technical guy, but Eric was able to understand exactly what my needs were, identify a solution and produce a first quality, exceptional, perfect product the FIRST TIME. Initially, I thought his pricing on the high side, but after the experience, I quickly realized that I was completely wrong. Not having to do rework and retooling and the delay associated with all of that, absolutely saved money and time on this project. I trust Eric.

    Like above reviews, I called & left VM in several departments with no response. Emailed them, no response. Thanks for wasting my time. I have a large OEM order, I will go elsewhere for our needs. I would have given them 0 stars if possible. Seek reputable business elsewhere.

    They have lost any chance of doing further business with my company. Like the review above, when trying to get a quote, confirmation of an order, or status of a past due order, they do not respond at all. Emails to both individual people, as well as the general sales email address, go unanswered. The phone is NEVER answered and calls always go to voice mail regardless of what option you choose. If you leave them a voice mail every day, they still don't call you back.
