After four hours on hold over several days trying to get oil delivered so our pipes wouldn’t freeze as we were out of town and all we heard was we can’t do that and by the way, we are on automatic fill. I called and Ivory answered the phone at New England oil and I was blown away with her customer service. She immediately came up with a solution, had oil delivered to our house and set our minds of these that our pipes would not freeze set us up an automatic fill, and we couldn’t be happier the driver called and let us know he was at the house and it was all set again unmatched customer service they are our new and rest of our life oil company.
