  I had a great experience working with Fresh Water Farm while building a patio at my house. Over the course of this project, I purchased pavers, veneer stone, and capstone from them, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. Dan and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to guide me through the materials I needed, helped estimate the quantities, and offered a lot of valuable advice throughout the project. They treated me more like a friend or family member than just a customer, which I really appreciated. My patio project took about half a year to complete, and during that time they were always supportive and easy to work with. If I had extra materials left over, returning unused pavers was never a problem, which made planning the project much less stressful. The delivery experience was also great. The driver was very friendly and patient, making sure the pallets of pavers and stone were placed exactly where I needed them in my yard. Overall, I highly recommend Fresh Water Farm if you're planning a patio or landscaping project. Great products, great service, and great people to work with.

  Use anyone else…… hardscapes are the most un useful people on the planet every one in hard scapes should be fired….. this company should be ashamed

  I love their plants and flowers but was greatly dissapointed yesterday when we had cart full of tall grasses to buy and a woman came and told us that they were closed and we had to leave..she said she didn't even know we were there shopping..having a cart full to buy she said she couldn't cash us out as the registers were closed..no help in to the matter and just to leave....we went to home depot instead..makes me feel they don't care much about their customers..

  The flowers were beautiful, but she never got the balloon I ordered and when I called to see when it was going to be delivered the customer service was not good the lady was very rude. Me being the person who placed the order I'm not happy.

  I had ordered flowers two weeks in advanced to be delivered. They were delivered on time however they looked NOTHING like what I had ordered, and it was a $50 arrangement. When I had called their excuse was that what I had ordered was not in season (then why have it for sale on your website?) and they usually call to tell people that so they have the opportunity to order something different but they were very busy and it wasn’t realistic to do so. They had two weeks to let me know. They refused to give me a refund even though I did not receive what I had ordered. Their products are not cheap and I expected better. Will not be ordering from them again.
