I'm sorry, but the 4 before me don't know boo. This is big corporate buying up all the small dealers it can. I would rank the dealer closest to me in Idaho as full-on worthless and can't get proper admin help because there is no GM. RDO tech support denied me proper info to avoid additional damage to my backhoe; Info they could have qualified under waiver of responsibly but chose to withhold the information sighting safety concerns to an owner/operator. Winter of 23/24; The dealer took my tractor in with understanding there was a park brake to transmission issue. A trans oil sample was taken - "abnormal" range is 61 to 179; a report that was never discussed with me found iron PPM at 368. The dealer stated there was nothing wrong with the trans and only recommended a transmission flush. The dealer was told the issue was considered to be linked to electronics over hydraulic (pressure). The tractor was returned and the following first cold snap, the same issue was back... park brake to transmission alarms and lack of release. Now the tractor will not move in any gear, any direction and the dealer cannot get RDO tech support to say what suspect cause is or direction of work... only that it seems to be a pressure issue... well guess what boys - electrical current (known to be below spec) controls coils which controls the opening of solenoid valves. Oh, and this doesn't touch the fact that I have pictures of the tractor before and after RDO dealer had tractor - no hood damage vs. hood damage. Denied by GM, "Our people did not do that". I could go on and on but is futile in light of big Corporate - 'we don't have control our dealer's discretion'
