  Clayton glass came out measured my shower for a new door. Glass door was ordered and showed up when I was told.I appreciate the help and guidance that Ashley was able to give me for this project. Thanks

  If I was able to give them a zero I would and it would be solely based off of the customer service I experienced when picking up the glass. I order a piece of glass for my garage door to replace a broken piece. First off after the person came out to do the measurements I called back to ordered the glass, paid half immediately because that’s what they wanted (no problem), Ashley told me it would be ready by Wednesday… Wednesday comes no call, Thursday nothing… Thursday 10/9/2025 afternoon right before closing time I called them to check status the person that answered the phone “oh yeah it’s here” dead silence… ok I’m on my way… get there yes I was greeted COOL… gave my name, paid the balance… I noticed my glass just sitting up against another piece of glass (however the glass of in a box)… so I asked… am I supposed to carry this out with no protection?! She said “yes we do not wrap it have boxes UNLESS it’s delivered to you.. now does that mean it came to y’all in a box and yall took it out the box?! Dead silence… I said I did not know there was a delivery option…. The lady Ashley fixed her mouth to tell me delivery fee is the same as installation so we could have delivered it but it would have been the same price… mind you the installation was $350 more the what the window cost so I decided “heck I can do it myself” since it was a small piece… everyone has a job to do and get paid for it but $350 is INSANE!!!!! Grabbed my piece of glass and proceeded out the door…. I don’t know if it was because I am African American… BUT when I tell you EVERYONE in the front office of the Clayton’s location was horrible to me I mean it and they will never get my business again… I DONT CARE IF ALL MY WINDOWS IN MY HOUSE BLOW OUT they will NOT be on the list to call… I work hard for my money and I do not spend it at a business with HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

  My wife and I wanted to enclose our screened porch and replace a garage door with a slider. We contacted the self proclaimed leaders in the industry and were shocked at how much their prices had increased, accompanied by the usual excuses of Supply Chain, COVID and Inflation. We contacted Clayton Glass as a last resort and to say we were pleased would be the understatement of the century. Everyone we met, from Ashley to Tim and the installation team, led by Jorge were friendly, considerate, respectful and professional. Their punctuality, workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional and harkens back to the good old days when a craftsman cared about his work and completed every one with personal pride. Their pricing was more than reasonable and their customer service is excellent! I heartily recommend Clayton Glass and Mirror for your consideration.

  Needed a couple of pieces of glass and couldn’t be happier at how they Helped me on such short notice. Staff is fantastic and friendly and obviously, they were accommodating and efficient.

  I highly recommend this shop for windows and screens. I just had a little job request, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was treated with respect and careful attention was given to my job. I was very pleased with the results!
