The owner is real down to earth and does a good job of getting parts out quickly, although sometimes when its the busy season it may take a while to get your parts back, but they only have 3 employees including the owner, so it makes sense.

I contacted Joseph, to help me with my grandpa's (very very rusted out) old tool box. He had me go ahead and bring it in. Both, he and Jeff, took extra care and consideration in sand blasting this old piece of piece of family history. By the time they were through, I almost didn't recognize it.
