Delivery time was scheduled for 2:00 pm. When I called to ask where the driver was at on his route, the person at the shop seemed very confused and I was told that my beam was not on any truck and they would need to wait for a driver to get back before loading the beam up and then head out. At this point I was paying workers by the hour to stand around and wait for the delivery (which clearly was a mishap on their scheduling/delivery schedule). This cost me much more money to have workers stand around doing nothing because the delivery was nowhere to be found. When I called One Stop the next day to explain that this mishap cost me much more money because of their poor scheduling, I was rudely discarded by the manager, Paul. I was told that they could not be held accountable for delivering at any certain time and that this is just the way it is - no possible way they would reimburse me any sort of money for their mistakes. He told me that he "was not in the mood to deal with something like this." If customer service is of any importance to you, steer clear of One Stop Steel...
