  We've been going to Midwest for a couple of years or so and 99 percent of the staff have always been professional, courteous and accommodating. Prices are fair and payment is quick.

  I stopped by to deliver some belts this morning and Alex was so quick to address and take me to the right direction, I drove around the place and it was clean organized and everyone was very nice and driven. I will come back and recycle my own stuff myself. Great times!

  I was honestly blown away from the moment I pulled in. Everything ran so smoothly, and once I had a chance to really look around, I was impressed by how clean and organized everything was, equipment, piles, the yard, all of it. This was my first time at Scrap Management Industries in Kansas City, and everyone I talked to, whether they were out in the yard or inside the office, was friendly, upbeat, and more than willing to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Coming from another town with other scrap options, I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else now. They were fair across the board, quick, efficient, and they genuinely care. Overall, an excellent experience and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

  The administrative and support team at SMI is top notch. Any time there are issues or discrepancies, they are handled very quickly. Sabrina is my “go to” and jumps right on the task at hand. In the very rare situation that she cannot help, she gets me directly over to somebody who can. She is always a pleasure. Keep up the good work team. Thank you.
