  I had a great experience with this company. I ordered a product that unfortunately arrived damaged, which most likely happened during shipping. Their customer service was top-notch. They responded quickly, politely, professionally, and apologetically. They offered a very fair and generous resolution. Unfortunately shipping products long-distance doesn’t always go smoothly, and when something goes awry, for me it’s all about how the seller responds. In this case, I couldn’t have asked for more. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.
