- DCDaniel CherkasAug 25, 20255.0They are the best at helping you get all the right paperwork and processing completed, things like a new DL, registering your vehicles and your just purchased outdoor fun equipment. It's a small office with just a few dedicated employees that are friendly even when the line is "out the door." What takes the longest are the customers who like to "chat" while the employees are processing the stuff the customer brings in. Some customers wait in line and know there is a lot of people behind them, but when they get up to the window, they want to tell these hard working ladies everything in their life! Things would go so much faster if folks would just "Do their business," and talk to other customers in the line about everything and not delay these hard working ladies from going to the next person. I sat there on several occasions and couldn't believe how many customers want to "talk to them" about their chickens or cows instead of just letting them process and be done. Regardless of this, these ladies who work there just smile and nod until the customer is finished and then, they call the next person in line. They know their business and are fast, if not distracted by chatting customers.
