I expected better with a John Deere for the price I paid. I called and talked to customer service. I was told they would pick it up in the next three days. After I've already waited 6 weeks for the mower. Then they told me it may or may not be covered under warranty. It's unbelievable I only have owned the mower for 2 hours and to have this happen.
