  Been buying the same parts from them for 8 years. The parts manager decided to give me a hard time over returning fuel filters for the John Deere gators I fix for work. (Greenmark sent the wrong filters!) I have known the staff to be kind and understanding and I don’t blame a mistake on their end. I blame the fact I can order overpriced John Deere parts anywhere and have been nothing but loyal to green mark in Sodus. The parts manager Ken wanted to put his foot down on 2 tiny little filters. Congrats! You did it Update on 7/8/25 I called in asking to return all of my parts I had recently ordered and wanted to wipe my hand clean of greenmark. I spoke with Rufus (very nice) who convinced me that this is a misunderstanding and attempted to mend it by offering 20 dollars out of his own pocket. I told Rufus it is the principle of the thing and he shouldn’t be paying for their mistake and I would be happy for just a refund. He insisted on paying out of his own pocket and said he would be stopping by to drop off the money. So I was asked to take down my review and he would be seeing me. I decided not to return all my parts after that conversation. I waited and waited and it has been over a month. I took down the review like asked and they couldn’t find a way to refund less than 20 dollars worth of product. I will be going elsewhere. For the price you pay for John Deere parts there you think they would have better service.

  My 1999 - 4600 the day I bought that project. Thank You Greenmark (both Sodus and Mishawaka) for helping me get this unit functional again - after a foot or so of lake effect snow overnight - my neighbors thank you too. She might sit 300+ days outta the year, and never win any beauty contests - when the snow gets serious - she’s a Penthouse Playmate!

  I grew up in a metropolitan area with zero knowledge of farming. And bare minimum knowledge of power mechanics. That being said I've been a Greenmark customer for 5 years. Specifically with the Sodus location. I've never had any issues with these guys. I've used their maintenance program for my lawn tractor and snow blower without any issues. I will say I've tried troubleshooting different issues over the internet, email, phone, and in person. I prefer in person because when I go there they can see exactly what model number I have in their system since I bought from them. And the guys at the register have always been able to help me find the exact part I'm looking for. You're gonna pay more for a Deere or a Honda but its the most reliable equipment you can get. And a little patience and respect goes a long way.
