- DMDavid MorgensternAug 4, 20255.0Greenmark has been handling the maintenance of my John Deere X304 since September of 2009, and they have always done an excellent job of keeping it running smoothly. If it needed a simple tune-up or a new starter, they were there for me. The belt on my mower deck broke the day before, and I called their office at 8:30 that next morning to arrange a time for a service technician to install a new belt. The nice scheduler immediately had all my X304 information up on her screen. She was able to schedule a time for a tech to be at my house...that afternoon! “Melvin” was in my driveway at 2:45 that afternoon and installed the new belt in less than 45 minutes! Melvin was professional, courteous, and happy to answer any questions I had. Greenmark - excellent service & great people!
