- FCF CFeb 14, 20241.0I paid for pickup, work on equipment, and delivery. The equipment fell apart in less than 20 seconds of operation. GreenMark picked it up again and worked on it to correct their error. Now they want me to pay for delivery AGAIN... Do the people think I should pay twice because of their mistake? I will talk to them, if they insist that I pay twice, I might or might now, but at least I will lave learned where NOT to go. I will update on this after I talk to them.

Had an issue with an Ag tractor other locations were weeks out for a calibration, this location was busy but squeezed me in, on lunch hour at that! The sales team is amazing, the Manager is awesome, and the service guy was very knowledgeable and got me back going, altho iv had a bad experience with John deere equipment, this dealer, their service, sales and management would make me buy green again. Highly recommend this dealer for SALES AND SERVICE!!! Also this dealer does SELL AND SERVICE 5000 SERIES EQUIPMENT!
